We are excited to announce that Daily Report Books has published a new edition of “Georgia Business Litigation” edited by Gaslowitz Frankel partner Robert Port. Originally published in 2014, the 2020 edition was released on October 28th, 2019 and is now available for purchase here!  The book can be purchased alone as an e-book, or together as an e-book and print version. 

Robert is a business litigation attorney with more than 30 years of experience in general commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation and now focuses his practice on representing individuals, trustees, executors, fiduciaries, and business owners in disputes arising from trusts, wills, estates, guardianships, partnerships, and closely held corporations. In addition, Robert has expertise in representing investors harmed by the misconduct of their stockbroker, investment advisor, insurance agent, or other trusted advisor.
