Brian Sperry is an experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses on fiduciary litigation, trust and estate disputes, probate litigation, business litigation, and real estate matters. He represents individuals, fiduciaries, and businesses in matters involving trusts, estates, fiduciary duties, contracts, and closely held businesses, providing strategic counsel through every stage of the dispute.
Before concentrating his practice on fiduciary litigation, Brian represented Fortune 100 companies and other major businesses in high-stakes commercial litigation. His experience includes defending complex business disputes, consumer class actions, multidistrict litigation (MDL), data privacy and cybersecurity matters, insurance litigation, and arbitration proceedings. That broad litigation background enables him to develop practical, results-oriented strategies for clients facing sophisticated legal disputes.
Brian believes that effective advocacy begins with understanding each client’s objectives. Whether litigating in probate court, superior court, federal court, or arbitration, he works closely with clients to develop legal strategies that are both aggressive and practical, balancing the pursuit of favorable outcomes with the realities of cost, timing, and long-term goals.
