ACTEC 2022 Annual Fall Meeting: What to Expect

Founding partner, Craig Frankel of Gaslowitz Frankel LLC, will be presenting at the American College of Trust and Estate Council (ACTEC) Annual Fall Meeting this November. Frankel’s presentation will be titled “What Trust and Estate Partners Need to Know About Family Law and Divorce.

The ACTEC Annual Fall Meeting will take place November 3rd through the 6th at the Fairmont San Francisco Hotel in San Francisco, California. These annual meetings bring together leading trust and estate experts from across the country for workshops and networking, offering insights and current knowledge across the trust and estate profession.

Craig Frankel will present to the Elkins Family Law Task Force — a task force formed in 2007 to protect resources and safeguards for family law litigants. The task force makes recommendations to state family courts, assisting trials in managing fairness and efficiency in marital dissolution proceedings.

Frankel’s years of in-court experience give him tried-and-true knowledge as a litigator specializing in fiduciary disputes, trust and estate disputes, and business and contract disputes. His compassionate approach to family law allows him to have frank and open conversations with clients, adversaries and the court, bringing results for his clients.

During the presentation, Frankel will bridge the trust and estate profession with the rapidly changing world of family and divorce law. Gaslowitz Frankel LLC is thrilled to have Craig Frankel represent the firm during the ACTEC 2022 Annual Meeting.
