Gaslowitz Frankel is pleased to welcome Brian B. Sperry to the firm’s fiduciary litigation practice, further strengthening its ability to represent individuals, fiduciaries, families, and businesses in complex trust, estate, and business disputes throughout Georgia and the Southeast.
His practice focuses on fiduciary litigation, trust and estate disputes, probate and business litigation. He represents clients in matters involving trusts, estates, fiduciary duties, contracts, and closely held businesses, providing practical, strategic counsel throughout every stage of a dispute.
Before concentrating on fiduciary litigation, Brian represented Fortune 100 companies and other major businesses in high-stakes commercial litigation. His experience includes complex business disputes, multidistrict litigation, consumer class actions, data privacy and cybersecurity matters, insurance litigation, and arbitration proceedings. That broad litigation background provides valuable perspective when helping clients navigate sophisticated fiduciary and business disputes.

Brian earned his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center after graduating summa cum laude from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He is admitted to practice before the State Bar of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Superior and State Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia.

Brian joins the firm just ahead of the 2026 Fiduciary Law Institute, taking place July 23 through 25 in Amelia Island, Florida. The annual conference brings together attorneys, fiduciaries, and trust and estate professionals from across the country to discuss emerging legal issues and developments affecting fiduciary law.
Gaslowitz Frankel’s attorneys will once again attend the conference and co-host their annual cocktail reception with Cumberland Trust.
