LeAnne Gilbert is an attorney who specializes in fiduciary and commercial litigation. Ms. Gilbert represents corporate fiduciaries, trustees, executors, business partners, and estate and trust beneficiaries in a variety of contract and fiduciary disputes. Ms. Gilbert’s approach to her practice is centered on aggressively advocating for her clients’ claims and being mindful of settlement opportunities. From initial case analysis through the trial, Ms. Gilbert guides clients through all phases of litigation, providing expert legal advice and honest analysis of unique legal disputes.
Ms. Gilbert earned her J.D. at the University of Toledo College of Law in 1999. She began her career as a litigator at Long Aldridge & Norman LLP, focusing on securities and products liability cases.
Since joining Gaslowitz Frankel LLC in 2006, Ms. Gilbert has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in multimillion-dollar fiduciary claims and estate litigation.
Ms. Gilbert’s passion for her practice is rooted in helping her clients achieve positive results while working to keep their family relationships intact.
