September 8, 2022: ACTEC Regional Meeting
The Southeast regional meeting of the ACTEC (American College of Trust and Estate Counsel) is happening September 8-11 at The Jefferson Hotel in Richmond, Virginia. These meetings bring trust and estate experts from across the southeast together for discussions and networking.
One of Gaslowitz Frankel’s founding partner Craig Frankel will host a panel discussion on the opening day, offering his expertise and case studies to this profession from the perspective of litigation attorneys. The session will be titled, “Directed Trusts & Related Litigation.”
September 18-20, 2022: ATO Annual Meeting
The ATO (Association of Trust Organizations) will be holding their annual meeting in Las Vegas this Fall. This annual event hosts panel discussions, roundtables, and networking opportunities for trust organizations across the country.
At this event, Craig will be joined by his fellow founding partner Adam Gaslowitz to host a session about reducing fiduciary risk in a session titled, “Tips to Avoid and Minimize Trustee Liability – The Sequel Part III.” This session will highlight their years of on-the-ground experience to trust organizations looking for legal insights.
