Gaslowitz Frankel LLC, Georgia’s premier fiduciary litigation firm, is excited to welcome Luke M. Caselman as its newest attorney.
Mr. Caselman is an exceptional legal researcher and judicial writer. Before joining Gaslowitz Frankel, he served the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia – first as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles H. Weigle, United States Magistrate Judge, and then as a Staff Attorney for three United States Magistrate Judges and seven Article III Judges.
“Gaslowitz Frankel has been serving the people and businesses of Atlanta and beyond for over 30 years, and expanding our team of attorneys will continue propelling us forward,” says Gaslowitz Frankel named partner Adam Gaslowitz. “Mr. Caselman holds a wealth of knowledge and passion for his work, and we are all happy to have him on board.”
At the start of his legal career, Mr. Caselman served as a public defender with the Glynn County Circuit. He has researched, prepared, and argued dozens of substantive pre-trial motions and evidentiary hearings. During his career, he has handled all aspects of criminal trials: working with expert witnesses, conducting voir dire, directing and cross-examining dozens of witnesses, and arguing openings and closings.
“It is a great honor to be joining one of the top fiduciary litigation firms in the southeast,” says Mr. Caselman. “I’m looking forward to applying the substantive research and drafting skills I refined working for the federal judiciary, and advocating in court as a public defender, to the fiduciary litigation arena.”
Mr. Caselman received his JD from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University, where he graduated near the top of his class, served on, and was published in, the Mercer Law Review, made the Dean’s List, and earned a Certificate in Advanced Legal Research, Writing, and Drafting. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Missouri, where he double-majored in Philosophy and Political Science.
