Ms. Gilbert specializes in fiduciary and commercial litigation for the firm. She litigates cases involving corporate fiduciaries, trustees, executors, business partners, and estate and trust beneficiaries in contract and fiduciary disputes.

Ms. Gilbert began her career as a litigator in 1999, focusing on securities and product liability cases. She joined Gaslowitz Frankel in 2006. Ms. Gilbert has received awards and recognition from the Order of the Coif and the University of Toledo Law Review, where she was Editor-in-Chief. She is published in various legal journals, including the Atlanta Bar Association’s The Mortmain.
